Clean room

Our clean room allows to achieve extremely high cleanliness. The number of particles in cubic meter is compliant to ISO 4 standard. The same value is achieved by medical and electronic companies (microprocessors manufacturers).

Cleanliness has a very big impact on product quality. To manufacture the best splitters we need to have the same performance as the world leaders in nanotechnology branches.

Why is it so important?

If the number of particles in the air is to big, it will influence the splitters quality. If the connections between splitter elements are contaminated the insertion loss value will be out of bonds.

Thanks to the clean room Cellco's splitters are high quality devices produced in controlled environment.

CVD technology

The chips that we use are made by CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) technology. It's main feature is the etching process which allows creating layers of PLC chip. Such components are much more reliable than those produced by Ion-exchange which is unstable for higher divisions.
